Terms of Service
Last updated: October 11, 2026
These terms cover your use of Fittedhere's website, digital twin generation, fit analysis, virtual try-on, and Chrome extension. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. What Fittedhere is
Fittedhere is a fitting-assistance tool, not a store. We generate a 2D digital twin from your photos, preview garments on it, and suggest a size using brand-specific size charts. We do not sell, stock, ship, or take payment for any garment — every purchase happens on the retailer's own site.
2. Your account
You must be at least 16, provide a valid email, and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. One twin belongs to one person: use only your own photographs, and never upload someone else's image without their clear permission.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful imagery;
- use the fitting tools to build twins of other people without their consent;
- abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, or scrape its outputs for resale;
- resell or white-label access, or run the try-on pipeline for commercial catalogues without an agreement with us.
4. Fit accuracy disclaimer
A digital twin is a 2D visual approximation, and a size recommendation is an estimate built from your photos and the size chart we could read for that brand. Sizing varies between brands, cuts, and production runs, and a preview cannot show how a fabric stretches, drapes, or feels.
For brands we do not support, we fall back to standard sizing baselines and say so in the app. Always check the retailer's own chart and return policy before buying. Fittedhere is not liable for a poor fit, a returned order, or a purchase you made after using the tool.
5. Affiliate relationship
We may earn a commission when you click a product link and buy somewhere through a partner retailer. This does not change your price and does not influence your recommended size, which is calculated from the product you submit and your own body metrics. See the Affiliate Disclosure for details.
6. Payments and Fast Track
Fast Track is an optional one-time payment, shown at checkout before you pay, that moves your twin generation ahead of the standard queue. Payments are handled by Stripe. Priority generation is delivered as described; refund requests are reviewed individually, so contact us with your order details.
7. Usage limits
Standard generation is limited to keep the service available — currently one generation per month per account unless you use Fast Track or an administrator grants an exception. Limits and prices may change; we will show the current terms in the app.
8. Your content and our output
You keep all rights to the photographs you upload. You grant us the limited permission needed to process them into your twin and try-on previews. Your twin and try-on images are for your personal shopping decisions; you may share them privately, but not sell them or use them commercially.
9. Availability and changes
Generation depends on third-party AI providers, so occasional delays, queueing, or failures happen; your twin can be retried. We may change or retire features, and we may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
10. No warranty and liability limit
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including that it is error-free or that a preview matches a real garment. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is the amount you paid us in the last twelve months, and we are never liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using Fittedhere at any time and delete your twin and data from Account Settings. We may end access for a breach of these terms.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fittedhere is established, and nothing here limits rights you cannot lawfully waive. Questions: support@fittedhere.com.
