Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 11, 2026
Fittedhere builds a 2D digital twin of you so you can preview garments and get a size recommendation before you buy. That work involves your photographs and body measurements, so this policy explains exactly what is collected, why, how long it is kept, and how to have it removed.
1. Consent for biometric-style data
Before any photo is processed, you must tick an explicit consent box. We record that consent together with a timestamp on your account. Your photographs and measurements are used solely to construct your personalized digital twin and to perform virtual try-ons and fit analysis for you. They are never sold, shared, or used to train public AI models.
You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your twin and data from Account Settings, which stops further processing.
2. What we collect
- Account details: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile information Google shares.
- Onboarding photos: one full-body front photo in everyday casual wear and two front-facing selfies.
- Generated images: your base body canvas, the digital twin variants you choose between, the styled twin preview, and try-on results.
- Shopping context: product URLs and product images you submit, plus the brand and category we detect from that page.
- Service records: generation queue status, usage limits, loyalty points, and payment status for Fast Track.
3. Retention and deletion
- Raw reference headshots are deleted immediately after your twin is generated; onboarding uploads are purged once they are no longer needed.
- Your confirmed digital twin, styled preview, and try-on results are kept in your private storage folder so the fitting pages can load them, until you delete them.
- Account Settings includes a "Delete Digital Twin & Data" action that wipes your twin images and raw uploads. Removing your account deletes the remaining profile data.
4. Payments
Fast Track payments are processed by Stripe. We receive a payment status and the amount, never your card number, and keep that record to honour priority generation and any refund request.
5. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, stored in per-user folders, and protected by row-level access rules so that only you and our administrators can read your records. We use these safeguards for the fitting features described above and nothing else.
6. Cookies and local storage
Your browser keeps a sign-in session so you stay logged in, and the Fittedhere Chrome extension keeps a local copy of that session so the drawer on retailer pages knows who you are. The retailer's own page script is never given your sign-in token.
7. Children
Fittedhere is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes and contact
If this policy changes in a way that affects how your images are handled, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, tell you in the app.
